CF Hood Detailed

Spent 1.5 hours detailing my CarbonEFX Hood last night. Its been on my car for a year and figured it was due for a little TLC.

Finally I finished with Meguires High Tech Yellow #26 Wax and another once over with the Hand Glaze.

Here is the finished result.





Now I just need to finish off the rest of the car.....

The hood pin idea I borrowed from Flava. I got all the stuff at Summit Racing. Its a bastardized child of 2 differnt hood pin kits.

I did all that by hand. Thanks for the props.

Same here, I am lazy though so Im using the orbital for most of it.

yeah tell me about it, we just got one at the shop and it looks like I will be doing a lot of detailing in the future but its not bad once you have a good buffer!! Saves the back and arms....
