Nightshots: Whazzzzuup’s 5.5 generation on Work wheels (13 pictures; 2.38MB)

It was 75 degrees yesterday afternoon. I took advantage of the good weather. The cold weather will be moving in tomorrow. This will be the last photo shoot for awhile. Enjoy them, guys.

While you were snapping those pics yesturday, I was frantically disassembling, raising & rustproofing my ksports before the temps started to drop. Damnit I hate winter!

Great looking car and pics, especially the wheels.
Nathan, you need to move to sunny South Florida. You can mod 365 days a year, except when there is a hurricane. LOL

LOL! That's hilarious. There are fingerprints too! It hasn't been washed for more than a week. I used a California Gold duster on it though.

Thanks man!

Very nice photoshoot. Rear AE flows very well, only rear lip I would put for the maxima. Are you running muffler-less? lol

Thank you, sir. The muffler was prepped and painted matte black. I tucked/raised with c-clamps as much as I could so it would be hidden. You can still see the tips (barely) during the day. It's much quieter than my HKS.

EDIT: You can see the muffler in this picture:

Maybe a set of rear AE mud flaps will finish it off? Although those are rare and maybe discontinued, nissan does things like this.

it should be a crime for your car to look that good. not really feeling the 3 piece rear lip. also is it just the pictures or is the front of the car alot lower than the back?

sterling mist FTW! thats why your car looks so good. AE lip kit is too skinny for me. Sometimes, it doesn't even look like a lip kit. and its pretty expensive too. but you didnt get side skirts, so it prolly flows better that way. nice pics. and how is your cluster so bright? looks niceee

Thanks for the honest comments, guys. I am saving some money for a 2001 AE front lip at the moment. I have a way to make it fit. I like the subtle/mild lip kits. That's why I absolutely HATE my MaxxTuning front lip. That rear lip was extremely cheap. IMO, I don't like how the Stillen rear lip looks like it sags.

The drop is very even. The angles of the shots make it look like that. If you look at the side profile picture, it shows the wheel gap. It is dropped with Progress on the front and Maxspeed on the rear. From my experiences with Maxspeed, Sprint, Eibach, H&R, and Progress, this is the only setup that doesn't sag in the rear. It seems better for the track; minimizes squatting that occurs during launch.

The gauge cluster is stock.

Even though I love my Sterling Mist (maintenance-wise), my favorite color for the Maxima is Grey Lustre.

Here is another picture, just for kicks:

Haha. Thanks, guys. I've been shooting with my roommate's Canon 20D lately. This shoot was attempted with my ol' trustworthy Canon 300D and cheap 28-105mm lense. I am saving for a $750 L lense at the present time. The pictures will be much better then.

Haha. The framing of the picture will be better. Better contrast, better aperture values (bokeh), sharper pictures, and most importantly (IMO), less to no barrel distortion.

You can see the barrel distortion in my pictures that have less than 55mm focal length.
