The black one looks great, so does the blue one, but those wheels on the blue one have to go.....they just don't look right on there.

Thanks for the feedback on the Blue AE! What would you guys think of some 18 or 19 inch Axis Spiders in silver on the Blue AE? Was one of my picks for my next set of wheels!

If they fit your taste then get em, but i'd go with something a bit smoother looking.

Yeah, my next wheels were either the Axis Spiders or Hiros in silver! I really like them both but still undecided! Maybe a set of Spiders for the driver side and a set of Hiros for the passenger side! JK

Thanks Moogotskillz2! We have other family members that have some Nissans too. Moms has a 97 Max, another few cousins with a 97 Pathfinder and 01 Altima. Nissan family! Plus it helps that we have a family member that is a Sales Manager at our local Nissan Dealer!

I like both! But if you like your chrome rims, than keep them. "To each, their own."

I think the Hiros would look better on the car...5 spoke is obviously very popular because it happens to look really good on our cars, and I guess if you wanted to be a little different go with the Spiders...but get the Hiros

NISSAN are good cars. (i'm not saying that just cuz i got one), but i've seen ALOT of nissans that last up to 300K..

Those wheels on the black max are nice but when I had mine they looked like this. If he is looking for new tires I have 2 235/35-19 tires practically brand new.

Thanks Whazzzzuup, I tried to keep the max simple looking with some chrome and chose a split 5 spoke design with a lip! I used to have Lexani Krystals and those had to go after I lowered the car, they just did not look right anymore as the max needed a set of wheels with a lip!
Thanks again

I feel you Ethnic, we were both thinking of throwing some Stillen Kits at em, but we did not want to take away from the AE design, even though compared to the Stillen, the Stillen kits still bring out the Max alot more than an AE. May be a future project for both AE's!

Yeah, that's GANGSTA! My Gangsta cousin, he used to roll in a 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Bro'ham with 15inch Cragar star wires and 1/4 foot white walls and limo tints, even the windshield was tinted, this way they wouldn't see him when he had to do his drive by shoostings! "Let the shoosting begin!"

Trade in the Max for a Nissan Versa or Toyota Prius! You don't need 20's, you got 24's on your mountain bike, ride that 4 the summer if you want to ride dirty!
J/K 20's would be nice but 20's with a lip! Are you planning on doing chrome or silver? Which wheels did you have in mind on getting? Limo tint or actually double limo tint em! Don't forget the Angel Eyes! Throw some D2 coilovers at that Max for a slammed look! Gettin that Max ready for Maxus huh?
