Lower the ISO more....picture looks very grainy.

I can't! ISO is at 80, lowest setting on camera.

You take a picture and at multiple exposure levels. Then compress the photos so each exposure is "stacked" on top of itself. At least thats my understanding of how to do it, although I've done it on computers not on the actual camera.

So essentially you have one picture that is made up of multiple pictures at different exposure levels.
