looks real nice man. Do you auto-x with your g35 18's or do you put the 17s on? I'd imagine the 18's would add too much unnecessary weight. Btw I like what you did with the centercaps on the 18s

And damn...what a sick Elise!

those 18s...no way...too heavy and the tires would get destroyed.

my setups:
summer/spring/fall: g 18s with 235/40/18 Toyo Proxes4
winter: g 17s with 225/50/18 Bridgestone Blizzak LM22
track/autocross: 5zigen fn01r-c 17x8 with Hankook Z212 RS2's shaved to 4/32"

how do you like the proxes 4? I just got mine recently and they seem to grip well. Check out Nokians for winter tires...a lot of people swear by them

I like the blizzak lm22's only because they're good in dry and rain as well, and are a high-performance winter tire. They actually handle about as well as the Proxes, but get worn down real quickly. As you can see in the one pic above, they're damn good in the snow too..

you sir are a freakin genius.....just down the road from the base at Snowshoe....

Those roads were muddy as hell and I was doing about 60mph up and down that road trying to throw the car sideways (which I only accomplished once and ended up about 6 feet into the tall grass thanks to a large rut). Luckily, snow tires perform alot like rallycross tires in terms of traction and I was able to recover it...

good times

looks good and simple

question for you on your break kit. When you put the 6 spoke wheels on do they still clear your z breaks in the front?

Also did you have to put spacers in to clear the 7 spoke wheels.

All three sets of wheels clear the z32 brakes. The ones that are the tightest fit are actually the bronze 5zigens...they only clear by about 2mm...

park on the end = better be at work by about 6am (I roll in about 0730)

take up two spots = you get a quick $100 ticket, and people will key your car since the garage is ALWAYS full and they'll be pissed you took 2 spots when there are none left.
