Seriously, a 3.5 + 6sp HLSD would essentially make your car the perfect max. Also maybe a custom BBK front and rear to retain stock bias...

thanks man,

yea ive like the idea of a 6spd but im not sure i want to go through all the hassle of that swap. What I have considered doing is pulling my tranny and replacing third with a straight cut gear (since all the turbo guys running higher boost seem to be blowing third alot) to handle the torque of a 3.5 with nitrous and put a longer 5th gear in for highway cruising. That way im not shifting all the time as with a 6spd and dont have as much drivetrain loss.

Straight cut third? That would be interesting... but you've got to realize that straight-cut gears in general produce a LOUD constant whine, which is why they're normally helical-cut on street cars.

I think a 6sp swap would be somewhat easier and the better option personally, especially if you swapped it in with the 3.5... but then again I don't mind shifting

Plus, you can get the gear-type (helical) LSD with it which will improve your pull around corners. Only way to do that with the 5sp is a Quaife which will run you well over a grand if you're lucky enough to find one at that time.

The seats as well as the brackets are straight from Corbeau.... They are kinda interesting in that im 6'3" and I have the seat almost all the way forward to reach the pedals...... and if i let it all the way back it almost hits the back seat.... not sure what Corbeau was thinking when they designed this

I will send you more detailed pics if you'd like, I just have to take some. I freaking love them though. The support is unparalled by any other seat ive sat in.... makes me never want to get out of the car

Haha, thanks so much! Yea it was sad to leave the CG2 believe it or not... I really did like that color just bc it was more sleeper and unique I guess (for a modded car at least). But this is a color that I have loved ever since I thought of painting my car. I still have much love for the CG2's though!!!

Hope youre enjoying the M3!! Its a beautiful car, im very jealous

Definitely did not expect the color transition in your sequence of photos. It really pulled everything together, and I've always loved that particular color on Audis! Well done.
