I have an OEM spoiler and its painted, but I'm just nervous about drilling holes in my trunk.

BTW I forgot to mention, I have a second set of black headlights here, I also have a set of FX projectors with D2S HID bulbs lying here, lets just say by 2008 I will have some custom headlights

Looks good, you've put a ton of work into that thing!

Let's see a pic of the diamond plated trunk, that sounds sweet.

Also, can you explain more about these mods and what your impressions of them were?

Proflow 68mm TB
Custom Hybrid Grounding Kit (irish)
Apexi Neo
DR mod

Proflow 68mm TB
Custom Hybrid Grounding Kit (irish)
Apexi Neo
DR mod
The proflow TB actually is sitting in a box in the trunk, it goes in friday, but I had a 4th gen TB by proflow the same size, and he said that it made a big difference for him so I am hoping it will do the same for me.

The hybrid grounding kit just follows irish44j's grounding points that are found on his cardomain. it really didn't make a difference for me but if it did and its helping then thats cool, but I made the wires all myself and everything cost all of about $20

the apexi neo is pretty sweet I tuned out some small things just to make the idle smooth but I need to dyno tune now.

and the Drop resistor mod was easy as pie and its only temporary till the manual goes in. FYI I have been gathering parts, and a tranny is next in line to purchase to do this thing.

nope no rubbing, but I'll tell you what I will take pictures of how close I am tomorrow in the rear, I think I was something less then 1 cm from rubbing, but no rubbing at all in the front even when turned all the way.

I would like to get some street wheels and have this setup for the autoXing

I have been, they are actually pretty damn good I was only 6 seconds slower then a supercharged Mini and that was my first time out, the nexen n3000's are a soft to medium rubber and these grip a hell of alot better then my falkens. I plan to get street rims and tires for daily and then a set of track tires and rims for the autoxing but for now these will do.

well its always worth a shot, theoretically it should work on the 18's to. My offset is 38mm just so you know.

pros::
the best traction I have ever had in the rain
it looks great
increased handling
this setup actually shaved off 3 lbs at each wheel
and costs less then 1K

cons::
the rubber on the tires are soft and will wear faster
I don't know why but my turning radius became wider, I use to be able to pull straight into a parking spot but now, I have back out and correct myself
getting them balanced correctly took two tries, the first time the tires were mounted they weren't perfect but i took it back and they did it for free to fix it

thats really all I can think of.

I forgot to mention above...
that I'm also running a zero toe out setup in the front too, camber is next to adjust.

should I use camber bolts or plates?

Although not my taste, your Max is very nice and clean. I thought the VQ30DEK badging was pretty cool too, very orginal.

Good work.

Good luck finding camber plates, Stillen made like -3 sets and they're impossible to find. I've got a set of Eibach bolts in there, works fine for me (albeit a bit annoying to adjust).

Also with 255/40s your hydroplaning resistance just went through the floor. small price to pay though.
