Some pics i shot this weekend....

well the first set of pics are of my neighbors 2002 bmw m3 with every possible bolt-on imaginable! well a couple of weeks ago he ran against a 4th gen maxima on the highway and the maxima kept up in the beginning but my friend still beat him by four cars, i was wondering if the guy who ran my friend in the fourth gen is on this forum?

Unless you witnessed this yourself, I cannot see it happening. (More like 4 buses). My friend also has a 2002 m3 and I ran him and got sent home crying. I will burn any N/A 4th gen owner in here so...

Care to elaborate?

4th gens, even the 5spd's wouldn't stand a chance. I have driven them so I know.

Drive a 3.5 then come back and see if you still say that.

There are a couple people running low 13s-mid 12s on this board N/A with their 4th gens...both with the 3 liter and the 3.5...the latter with very few mods, nearly stock form with the full swap..sorry bud, I doubt you are running 12s

BTW just because a car FEELS faster, doesn't mean it is...

Does your car run low 14s/high 13s? Ceasar was doing that in his 5speed with a few mods on the stock 3.0 and USIM...

I think the 5th gen looks the "fastest" of the bunch, the 6th gen Maxima is a big car, kinda sporty, but boaty as well...

Just my opinion though...Just respect the 4th gens, they are lighter than you

The first thread is a 3.5 swap. The second thread is a 3.5 swap. The third is with nitrous.

Am I missing something?

Hmm... sounds NA to me. As has been said before, Dandy has broken into the 12s with a 3 liter.

Am I missing something?

You said All motor...

If you don't know, All motor= Natural Aspirated. The third does NOT have nitrous, his tires are filled with NITROGEN

And I have said it before, Dandy has broke 12s with his 3.0, most are doing mid to low 13s with their 3 liters, does a 6th gen do that? I think not...even with bolt ons...most are running nitrous to break 13s...
