I think the wheels look fine. Just drop it and you'll like it alot more. If you do decide to get rid of them, don't get another set to replace them until you drop the car. Stance has alot to do with how a wheel looks on a car.
I dont like those rotors at all. They remind me of flowers. But brakes aren't for looks. Are they stock diameter? Also, where did you get your y pipe installed?

yea theyre stock diameter - and im not totally against the pattern on there, its just different. i got them off tirerack cuz they ended up being almost 200 less than the traditional slotted kind. plus i didnt want that gold/zinc look, i wanted silver.
and i had this nissan tech named Kenny (used to roll with the SFL crew a couple of years back) in fort pierce do my spacers and these other things.

Christ I wish I lived in Florida. Your underbody is mint! I should take a picture of mine to show you how bad mine is after 8 New England winters...
I like the look, but man you need a drop first. Trust me, it is definitely worth it.

I live in Florida and my undercarriage does not look like that... granted my car is a bit older. The new rims look pretty nice though, just drop it and you'll be set. I need to clean my engine and undercarriage... making me jealous in that aspect.

so what did u go with the 2k rims....sell them>>> I hate to say it but ur max looked way better with them on it, than those new rims u got.....thats just my opinion tho.....get a drop ASAP then maybe those rims will mesh well with the car.....so how is the ride....how about a cold air intake???

i still have the 02s. they are for sale in the classifieds section. and yea i know they looked better, i agree. i just had to get rid of them cuz of the weight.
my ride still isnt great - between the y pipe and spacers something killed my rear 02 sensor, plus my idle is a little jumpy. im taking it back to kenny this weekend.

That was a good read. Thanks for the story Mr. Rockart. Glad to see you found something worth while. I admit to being jealous of all the mods you are already getting done. I've had mine for 5 months and am moving at a snails pace.

FINALLY SOME GOOD WHEELS
well here you go, after 7 sets of wheels in 6 months, i finally found some keepers.
i drove 2 hours north on saturday to meet some kid from craigslist in a strip club parking lot. between installation and test driving and observing them from outside the car (while he drove) we spent about 4 hours conducting the deal. one wheel had rashing on two spots, and one wheel had some negligible scratching, but two were near perfect.
i ended up paying him $700 for all 4 with Cooper 2XS 225-45-18 tires (all seasons......) which are loud as **** on the highway, but will do for the time being.
i cant tell you how good they look, the pictures dont even do it justice.
the color is perfect, the offset is perfect and, though in the past i was against the idea of 18s cuz they looked too bling, the size of them looks perfect.
i couldnt be happier.
here are some shots (sorry got a little carried away).....

R34's installed
got the skyline headlights in this weekend - and got em installed thanks to mastere954.
they look even better than i had imagined and flow with the rest of the car perfectly.
i havent driven much in the dark (everywhere around here is streetlit) so i cant say about output.
now i gotta tint my bumper lights.
