Few Pics before the paint UPDATE(8.19.08)

8.19.08 UPDATED PIX AT THE BOTTOM(new wheels, lip kit)

Well, here's my 95 Blue GXE

FYI, The wheels are dirty in the pic too(some should know these have a weird high gloss)

few ding and dents so decided to take some pics before it gets painted.
cars getting painted a bright silver with full lip kit and 97-99 conversion.

My appearance mods are minor. They consist of:
-Smoked Cefiros
-Projectors
-Intrax front springs(stock rear for now)
-SE fog lights
-2005 maxima trunk badge on grill
-10000k HID
-Red/Smoked tails
-350z 35th AE wheels
-20% tint front/ 20% on top of 5% in the rear passenger windows
-Apexi WS2 muffler

PPPIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX(taken with a HTC mogul camera phone lol)

Is that BM1 or BN6?

Also, you should replace that front fender before the paint.

lol, it is soooooo tempting to leave it the stock BM1 blue, still contemplating on it. The main reason I'm going with a bright silver is because IMO, i think it would take a few years off the car. As in a way to say, make the car look a little newer. I think the dark colors somewhat make it look its age.

Still not 100% sure on the paint though. But it'll either be stock blue or bright silver.

3jays2max0- lol, are you talking about the mercury?

Yeah the Mercury Marauder. I showed my boy and he said the same thing before I could ask him what it looks like! It must be the color and front lights.

Car looks hot! Can't wait to see the finished product. Never seen a silver 4th gen around here, so I'm sure it'll look awesome

well, i drove the expediton one day and decided to leave the max at home. came home on lunch to put the max in the driveway, was backing it in and forgot the truck was park across the street. Backed in at in angle and swung the front to wide RIGHT into the back bumper of the truck

Oh come on, leave it BM1! It's such a rare color to see. Do the conversion, but keep it BM1! I love the headlights, too, even though colored HIDs aren't my thing

Nice Man.. its coming along nicely! i say leave it the blue, but put some silver chips in it and make sure they give it a high gloss. the key to makin a car LOOK younger is to make sure the paint is the same all around, and that it looks like it came off the showroom floor.

i was thinking of making mines black cause everyone thinks it is, but i like the dark green. Good luck with the paint job man and keep us informed!
