er...for rock-crawling, smaller wheels and bigger tires are the general rule. 15s are usually the favorites for crawling, but with some sidewall

Glad your car is worth more than the wheels.

I see many cars that are worth LESS than the wheels. The car is just a place to mount the Dubs.

Best I've seen so far: a beat-to-**** 1990 Chevy Astro van with a broken tail light rolling on 22" wheels (chrome, bling, the usual). It was sporting the little chrome 22" emblem and a huge Virgin de Guadalupe sticker on the back window.

The wheels, van, sticker, and emblem are all ok in the right setting. Together, it made my day.

Alright... Honesty is #1 on here so I'm gonna be straight out..

Car looks awful with 22's. The 6th Gen fuller body can somewhat handle the 22's with minor mods to the back wells. But you need to do the following... (suggestion only)

1- get nicer 20's...
2- drop it (if it wasn't already) to even out tire-fender space
3- get rid of that damn grille... and get you somethin more classy lol
4- wax & puff your car bro.

Again, that's only MY opinion... but whatever helps you sleep at night :-)

Wow. I find that very ugly. At least if you are going to go with very large wheels you could find some that are better looking. I'm not a big fan of 20+ wheels on a Maxima anyways but I think those wheels would be ugly on any car. Sorry for being harsh but that's just me.

This quote hit the nail right on the head. It is not executed well at all. Those wheel just make the car look ridiculous without any complimenting mods. He needs some type of big bodykit to make the wheels not look so huge. And that grille completely clashes with the wheels, something different is definitely needed. Also, he needs some chrome mirrors and door handles, and change the side markers to clear. And finish it off with a real dark window tint. I think that would make the car look more like a VIP car which is the only type of car that should have wheels that big.

But because the car isn't a bulky car I'm not sure if those 22's will ever work.

Its a bit much. There is a 5.5 gen i see around town with 20s and a nice wheel design with a different chrome grill that actually looks good. I would never drive it, but it looks good.

1. stop whoring peoples threads with unrelated questions.
2. in each generation forum there is a "noobie thread". Ask there.

If you ***** any other threads, you will be banned for 1 month.

eh.. idk man.. Im from RI and ALLLOOOTTT of people like the "big wheels" fad.. its cool since its realy clean and yea you mustve dumped alot of money to afford them things, but IMO the biggest wheels that should be fitted onto a max is 19"s and no more. Looks good though.
