I got my tails painted yesterday, looks 10x better in person. They look much darker from further back. I'm going to be getting a black roof possible and that will pretty much be it for mods. I don't want the car to look overly modded.


Tails are right at the legal limit. The top clear portion was masked off.
I also got a matte black grille on.

Funny you mention the dirty car, I'm very **** about keeping it clean. I had washed it 3 days ago but the rain on the street washed up alot of dirt. I washed it again tonight and its looking much cleaner.

 

i think the tails look really good. if you had tinted the clear part i wouldnt have like it. very nice.

it looks good but i live in houston and i had the tails of my old car just as black as the car and never got pulled over or any tickets for it. so when did that law take affect, had to have been within 2 yrs ago.

i'm sure you can go darker. it looks nice don't get me wrong. but if your gonna have a black roof, and those grilles you should go darker with the tails
