Interior progress thread
I'd say the passenger side airbag weighs more than the whole dash.
I'll update with more pics tomorrow. I disassembled the entire dash and got it colored. I even completely disassembled the AC vents and any other parts so it'll look "factory". The dash is back in as well as the center console. In the process now of painting my trim pieces.

New pics added to post #3.
Like stated in that post, I hate the color of the trim pieces. Give me suggestions for the new color.
And I'll get better pics up soon. These last pics were taken tonight with the flash so the color is a little washed out. It doesnt actually look that bright.

Aside from the trim pieces it actually looks really good and flows pretty well.
I think I'm definitely going black with the trim. It should match the steering wheel a lot better.
Haha great work! I am personally not a fan of interior colors that are not black, gray, and basically all dark or dull colors. But you did a great job pushing the envelope, the green works really nicely.
As for your dash I think you should go with the stock wood trim and maybe even add some wood to your steering wheel somehow. When I picture it in my head, it seems to work really nicely with the green.
EDIT: Wait I just examined the picture again! And it seems like the black and green theme works a lot nicer!!! What I think you should have done was keep the dash trim black and all the vents black along with the boots for the e-brake and shifter. Painting EVERYTHING green might overdo it a little bit but only time will tell how the final outcome will look like!

I went with the darker color on the dash mainly to keep glare from being an issue. Kinda like when you set papers or something on the dash and it reflects on the glass and you cant see ****. Yeah, did the same thing on the rear deck.
I would go with the stock wood trim, but I have a 5spd and finding a wood trim shifter bezel is a pain. So they'll all be going to satin black. Boots and all.
