i've got a few more pictures to put up but you basically get the idea. i know i need a drop and some wheels but if you wanna tell me again feel free. im interested about what you all think of my car. ive been using this site since i got my maxima (about 2 years ago) and i figured it was about time to get mine posted and see what knowledgeable maxima owners think. thanks.

thanks for the drop suggestion. right now im living in florida for school so im not even by my car. these pics were taken in january (dont ask me why i chose to take em then). if i could lower it for cheap, maybe with just springs, i would. if i have to buy struts on top of springs, it'll cost more than its worth. its my first car, its pushin 130,000 miles, and if you saw it in person theres a bunch of dings and scratches. a shop i went to quoted me 400 for install of springs. on top of alignment and the price of springs, its a bit out of my budget..

I'm trying to decide if a lwfw or udp would be worth it.. ive searched the forums but everyones got a different opinion on both.

If you're gonna pick one, do a lightweight flywheel. But honestly with my fidanza it didn't benefit me *that* much. Especially considering the ~$400 I spent on it. That's how much my E-manage Ultimate cost me and after I hook that up I'm sure it'll be a lot better for performance

ya for me personally, i wouldn't trust a universal engine management program. im sure its safe but it still seems a bit fishy to me. if i were gonna chip my car, it would only be after a s/c and with JWT's chip.. of course, if i wanted a good performance upgrade i could get a 00vi but once again, its not worth the risk at this point in my car's life. let me know how that manager works for you tho

i believe you have fewer miles than i do (just rolled over 140,000) i wouldnt hesitate moding your car. these are strong engines, they can take the abuse. i plan on modding even more!

ya the vqs are bulletproof. it's just other components that risk failure with repeated mods. I love my car to death, but with rust and the irreversible effects of winter and time, it's life is hanging in the balance. plus my driving habits aren't especially helpful in keeping it in good shape..
