We were in Phoenix visiting my folks for thanksgiving... and while down there looking at cars to buy (we prefer 100% rust free used cars from sunny Phoenix area!). Anyway, after looking at lots of beat to the ground junk, this one we knew was it when we first saw it.

Lots of service records, guy replaced it with a newer Maxima for his growing family. It was garaged at home and he had covered parking at work (helped preserve the paint)

I couldn't upload pics from my super slow connection back in Phoenix but now that we are back, I thought I'd share:

The car is still down in Phoenix (we fly back one way for xmas and will be driving her home after New Year's). It will be my husband's daily driver and when we return to chicago we'll sell the 93 sentra (his current daily driver).

We are nissan people though (our track car is a 95 g20 5spd with in-process building a 94 SER Sentra track beastie for 2010) and my husband had an 87 Maxima so I was joking about how he jumped 10 years to a 97 now and how his next Maxima will have to be a 2007 eventually
