E30 update

Yep, it's still slow...

But not quite as slow as it looks.

(yes I am taking care of the hot air intake)

Hah. It's not all that much of a looker, but I like the inner beauty more

M50NV and lightweight flywheel
Rebuilt Z3 shifter with delrin bushings
3.73 LSD
UUC Swaybars
Stock suspension for now for the "slow POS" look
Quicker E36 steering rack and new tie rods
New LCAs and M3 offset control arm bushings for moar caster
E32 7 series brake booster and master cylinder, rebuilt calipers and new textar pads/brembo blanks all around
14" basketweaves with 195/60 RT615s

That's what's in the car right now (never would have guessed, right?). Future plans are to clean up the swap more, then the crack free dash, GC coilover kit/Konis that's all sitting in my room, but first I need springs, camber plates and new wheel bearings, not to mention a skid plate, and to rebuild the rear suspension with adjusters so the alignment isn't fubar'd when I lower it. Then maybe I get a new hood, cut out a spot of rust, 15 or 16x8s and make it look pretty.

Somewhere in there I might start losing stuff like power steering, trunk tar etc to lighten it up a little. I think the PS pump is on its way out anyway.

Patience young padawan.

Just ordered a Mark D chip (good improvement and raised rev limiter), when I get the O2 sensor in, the intake on the right side of the heat shield, and the chip installed I'll take a real speedo vid. It's not stupid fast, but it's quick enough to be damn fun.
