Traded the Ram for a Titan

The warranty on my Ram was going to expire on Friday, but I was planning to keep it until I paid it off anyway. Then I went by the Nissan dealer to get a free WalMart gift card from the flyer I got in the mail, and ended up trading it in. I was able to get this 2010 Titan with most of the same options my Ram had and a 5 year / 75,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty for only $150 more per month than I was already paying.

The Titan, being a crew cab, has a larger back seat than my quad cab Ram. It is also rated to be more fuel efficient than that gas hog Hemi. Both are 4 wheel drive with leather interior, but I didn't get a sunroof in the Titan like I had in the Ram. Though the Titan does have a lot of neat features the Ram didn't, some of which I don't even know how to use yet. Best of all, it's a Nissan. They seem to be much better at putting things together than Chrysler. Since I already have two Nissans, why not get one more to haul them around with?

Don't jinx yourself too much. Titans don't exactly have a great record for the transmission (same used in some Jeep models) and the rear axles. Great engine though.

I really hope they've fixed the axle problems by now.

You need some big tow mirrors and the rail system.

Much more than the Ram.

Hows this?

My crappy cell phone pic makes it looked like I PS'ed that plate on there, but I swear it's real. I wonder how long I could get away with having it on there...

one more pic just for fun

You may notice that the interior is not leather like I said above. It will have leather, it just hasn't been installed yet. They are going to use the same company that put the leather and sunroof in my Dodge, so I know it will turn out great. I just have to make up my mind about the color. I initially wanted the two tone black w/ red inserts that I had on the Ram. Then I thought about putting orange in place of the red to match the gauges and interior lights. Now I might just stick with solid black.
