My 4th Gen's New Paint Job

Just thought it would be cool to make a little build like thread to show off my new paint job its not done yet and pretty dirty in these pics but i still love it. As it feels great to finally be back at square one after riding around in such a ****ty looking car for so long ^^

here's my car before the accidents.

All pics were taken with my iPhone so you'll have to excuse the quality.

So yeah that's it the car is pretty dirty right now and the paint looks dull as hell as they have yet to wet sand and buff it but it'll all be done by next Friday. since they have to go over the car one more time.

Oh and if you couldnt tell the color i choose to change it to was Grey Lustre

It's Grey Lustre. and yeah i agree with ya on the pic quality as it actually took me awhile to see the change lol.

but honestly i dont think the car will really shine untill i get a tint and drop it.

Should have posted pics when the car was completely done. How much was the paint job? You know we have a guy that paints here in MD and could have hooked you up right? I'll be getting mine done very soon.

Yeah i could have but if he wanted to be an ******* about it that's his problem. Hopefully I'll be able to post pics of the finished product tomorrow ^^

The paint job plus the body work all together cost $1200. And nah i didn't know the first time i brought my car to the guy to be fixed he noticed all the chipping paint from a previous failed paint job and offered to repaint the whole car for $550 so i checked out 2 other cars he just got finished painting and thought he did some pretty damn good work so i jumped at the opportunity. lol

by the way i love your Z hopefully i can get my self one in a few years.
