Turbonetics or the like, can take your factory CT26 and hog out the cold side, put that 57 or 60-1 wheel you're looking at in, clip 5-10 degrees off the exhaust wheel, and you can have a 400rwhp turbo that's still "stock". Just saying, if you want to put off the custom turbo and manny and oil/coolant lines project for a little while......
The HKS downpipe was a joke, when I sold 'em, poor fit, and they didn't go 3" until after the flex section. Maybe they've redesigned them, but you should just look into an O2 housing-delete full 3" downpipe.
Lighter driveshaft could be pushed back abit, you need to address FCO and fuel delivery, your FMIC needs upgrading, etc., first.
