Thanks man, have been working real hard on her for a while now. Almost done....just gotta fix some body damage and have the side moldings shaved then repaint the entire car. After that, the Junction Produce hood ornament goes on and the beast is complete.

Not gonna happen man! These sat dead flush with a bit of poke in the front. Fenders had to be rolled and pulled just to clear....still rubbing the plastic in front on turns. Dead beam in rear allows for no camber adjustment so i definately wont clear with spacers....front is already cambered as far as possible with the pillow *****.

That would be my friends 1.8t...its acually quite slow. It is automatic/tiptronic. When he put the front mount on, he lost boost because of the pressure drop. I tod him it would happen since his turbo was so small....smaller than my stock DSM turbo was.

If you want to see a real boost car, I will post pictures of my Talon (hence my user ID) Talon TSi AWD....480awhp. And sub 12 qm.

 

Very clean man rare that we see any VIP style around here anymore would love to see the interior... that has always been a point of negative talk around here get ready for it either way great job

Nice, IMO the car would look cleaner if you lost that black front Infiniti plate, it breaks up the look in the front.

 

To answer all the questions:

Yes I have progress pictures....and you are right, I just pop out of nowhere with this **** done. Some people like having secrets ;-)

As far as the front plate goes, yes that is being removed when I do the body work and repaint. The front bumper is messed up on the passengers side since I got the car....like it was near something extremely hot or something. The plate bracket holes are going to be covered at the same time.

Interior shots later today....just changed out both CV axles so I am going to wash her up and clean the interior again.

And about the Contour.....you are totally right.

So I will have some progress pics up tonight....I have come a long way and I am almost there.

Have to repair some body damage and while I am at it, I am shaving the side moldings

 

I cleaned them up with rubbing compound when I had my healight bezels painted. Obviously they are yellowing again. Going to be sanding them down soon.

 

Wax them everytime you wax your car and they should stay crystal clear.

Very nicely done, the chrome and the color of the ride fits perfectly together. Very tastefully modded.

 

Here are some OLD interior pictures....before I finished it. The ones I took tonight didn't turn out so well since it was getting dark out, but I will post those next. I will get better pics in the morning of the interior in the daylight.

Never said it did....VIP is a package deal and honestly nobody can pull it off wihoit a true VIP platform. People asked for interior pictures so I provided them. Q45 or go home honestly...but the touch is there. As much as can be anyways. The rear dead beam didnt allow for any camber obviously and the front is cambered as much as can be with the camber plates. You wont see me riding on 1/4 of the tire due to crazy camber or see 20+ inch wheels, but the styling is there.

 

you sir understands VIP and i can respect your ride even more... i like i a lot bro, only lil clitch for me is the wheel of choice but keep up the good work mang...
