While I respect your opinion, there is a clear definition of stanced. Now within the stance community, there are different variations of stance. I will just simplify this as flush, poke, and tuck. But it goes much deeper than that. Perfect fitment is dependant on the goal that you are trying to achieve with that specific setup.
The same can be said about a purpose built performance vehicle. If a car kills the competition on the road course, you might call it fast. But if that same car only runs a 15.8 in the 1/4 mile, is it now considered a slow car? Does that mean that you can't measure fast or slow anymore because it is or neither "both"?
Bottom line is that stance is a concept that is misunderstood. People looking at it from the outside think it's alot less than what it really is. Just like drifting is looked at, just like NASCAR is looked at, etc. But in reality it's just another genre of the car culture. If you don't understand it, that's fine. It's the same way that someone who is into heavy metal music, might not see the value of hip hop music. But now I'm just rambling on.

well put, but i personally think that the term "stance" is the new "JDM". JDM was way misunderstood from the actual acronym, the only thing that bugs me is when people add cambetr to make the wheels "fit". sorry but if you have to camber it, no matter what you say, its not considered as "fitting". kinda like a fat guy sqeezing into smaller pants and using a belt to hold pants together because pants dont button up

i know it is an example of "fitment", thats why i said what i said about it because in actuality, IMO, it does not mean it fits is what i was trying to say

I guess I too am confused on the "stance" definition.
To me, this just looks really slammed with a tucked wheel and tire.
All the other examples Ive seen claiming stanced were also slammed, but had the lips of their wheels either flush with the fender or slightly poking and running a strecthed tire to allow them to to fit under the fender.

you need some spacers for at least flush, on the front and rear
