Hey Everyone,

Just bought a 2007 Dark Slate SE with black interior and 79k miles.

Got a few issues with the car. Previous owner broke off the covers that go over the mirrors on the sunvisors so i'm on the lookout for used 07/08 gray visors. Also need a roof console as the sunglasses door is busted off.

A recent concern is the timing chain. The mom/pop dealership had the timing chain and all of the timing components replaced before i bought it. I went to the Nissan dealership today and after an inspection they noted there was timing chain noise. So maybe the shop did something wrong? I don't hear any noise from the engine. I also have a 06 G35 coupe and it sounds the exact same. The only noise noted was under WOT there was a high pitched whistling kind of sound.

Another issue is the projectors lens on both headlights look to be dirty on the surface of the projector lens inside. Is this a common issue or is there a seal to replace?
