Intro

Recently came on here this year. First Max was a 97 SE auto and was hooked from there. Drove it until 255k and sold it with the outside and inside looking frickin great (even leather was in awesome shape for that long). Got a 99 I30 and drove it until 265k and donated to a good cause. Bought a 05 Altima 3.5 and while had many issues (hurt the wallet big time) still loved it until rear ended and totaled. Bought a 96 GLE and my daughter still drives it. Bought a 02 max gle couple years ago and still have it. Every car has issues but I feel the old Maxima's are the best for dependability, sportiness and driving...always easy to hit the 100+ mark and still have control on highway for older cars ( 97 SE, 05 Altima SE and 02 Max for sure). Never have upgraded anything and that's what has impressed me the most. However, kinda wish I had done some mods to enjoy them some more and would still like to get a manual. I'm a true, old school Max guy for sure. Until I get a manual.....Max on!
