Hey guys.

Hey guys. I'm new to the site. Im having a hard time with my 2006 Nissan Maxima 3.5 SL, I recently bought it from a private owner, the other day we were driving and the car started didn't want to accelerate much, we stopped at a light and it completely died, the VDC off, brake, abs, SLIP, battery lights are all on. Security light too. I'm being told something with my ECU, any ideas.?

When this happened to us it was a wheel speed sensor that was our problem. I don't know how much you know about cars but when the computer experiences something that isn't normal, it will cause weird things to happen. I suggest having the codes read to truly understand what you are dealing with. If you know someone that has a reader, have them come over and check it for you. If not, find a reputable repair shop and have your insurance tow it there so they can read it and quote the repair cost. Good Luck!

I'm being told to relearn the ECU.? We have tore apart the entire car itself to find nothing wrong. I don't know much about Nissan. A pedal dance.?
