Looking for a reliable mechanic in Pleasanton CA

I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima GLE with 150K miles.
If someone knows of a reliable mechanic in the Dublin-Pleasanton-Livermore tri-valley area (CA) who can remove an ECU from the car and replace the IACV, please let me know.
