New to the Maxima club. My name is Tom. Just picked up a fully loaded 2000 SE with 54000 miles for $1600. It was a one owner car by an older couple. The husband died 7 years ago and the wife is 82 and has decided not to drive anymore. Body is in ok shape with normal dents and scratches for elderly driver. Interior is in great shape. Needs front brakes - has pulse and needs an alignment Biggest problem is codes that are current - P0138, P0139, P0158, P0159. Have ordered both downstream sensors. According to the tag on firewall its a Cali spec car so it has 4 sensors all together. Hopefully they will correct the problem. Went looking thru the forums and found alot of good info.
