upper intake (hybrid) help

upper intake (hybrid) help

i need help getting a upper pipe to connect to my JWT. isnt it all the same? or is it worth getting a frankencar upper for my 98? thanks. ( i need my low wend power back)

The pipe connects to the MAF, so you can use your JWT with it. You can buy just a pipe from frankencar, or from dohncivicna on ebay or in the GD forum.

The only thing I'm worried about is the JWT or Stillen not fitting inside the little space it has next to the battery. Do you notice, on the JWT or Stillen cone filter alone, that the line from the TB to the filter is slightly slanted to the right? Well, with midpipe, there won't be any flexibility, and it might force the JWT Pop to sit right next the the battery.

I ordered a midpipe over a week ago myself. Good news because I heard they were shipped out already. I trust Steve and his design though I'll be sure to post results once I get this "straight pipe" in.
