Bra on a black max... yes or no?
I have a '98 black max, and I was thinking of getting a bra for it. What are your opinions? Do bras look good on our cars, or should I not get one? I searched the forum and found a few pictures of lighter color Maximas with bras (mostly 5th gen, though)... but I don't know about the darker color. I think it might look good on the black car.
Does anyone have a picture of a black Maxima with a bra?

think of it this way... let's say you're having some fun with your girlfriend and things start to get kinky. she's got everything off but her bra... now... would you continue to do your thing with her bra on? or would you take it off in an instant?
i had a bra on my max for a while, but took it off cuz it was ghey. (yes i know ghey is spelled wrong.)

...in my opinion bras just arent worth the hassle and the money...its a pain in the *** everytime it rains, or everytime you wash your car. The only time i would put one on my car is if you live in an area where you are prone to stone chips.
Good Luck.

i'd buy one for functional purpose only over looks. if i was just looking for looks i probably wouldn't get one, but if you want to avoid chipped paint and protect your baby......my vote goes to go for it because i think it'd pretty much blend in on black.

Do you REALLY have to take it off after it rains or gets wet every time? That would be too much trouble... not really worth it.

I have the Nissan OEM bra on my black Maxima. I think it looks good, but it doesn't fit as well as it did when the car (and the bra) were new. No big surprise. It kind of sags now (stop laughing).
I love the protection from dents and chips that the bra provides. But I don't like how the Nissan bra doesn't seem to hold up that well. My suggestion is to get the Colgan bra for the Maxima instead.
