tails

I've seen people get altezzas and paint all the clear area leaving the holes for the actual lights, somewhat resembling a skyline. Anyone think that looks cool? Or should i stick with the red/clear. I have a 96 by the way

Two things:

1) Red/clear is the way to go, or even red/red with only the reverse clear.

2) Geo, a Skyline *is* a Nissan. If the guy was talking about leaving the Altezzas chrome without painting them like the Skyline's tails, then I would agree witcha... but I would also direct you to pics of some upcoming Japanese cars:

Mazda RX-8

Mazda 6

Mitsubishi Outlander

Even the current Mitsubishi Eclipse

Sickening isn't it?

It's cool... heh... judging from all these new cars coming out, I can imagine an aftermarket for red/amber tails with no chrome to replace all these fugly altezas...
