Just got Injen Cai Should I Use The Apexi or Injen Filter?

I just received my Injen Cai today and I'm gonna install it later. I had a PR Cai Hybrid with APexi filter. With the Injen, do you think I should keep the APexi on the Injen or use the cone filter that came with the Injen? Any difference in the performance of the filters?
