What kind of luck have people had with PIAA H4 Xtreme White Bulbs?

Mine only lasted 9 months. Luckily they come with a one year warranty and the shop I bought them from(Car Boutique) replaced them no questions asked.

 

I had them on my old 2000 SE for about a year until I sold it. I had no problems, but there have been a lot of complaints on the ORG about the short life of these bulbs. Good thing you had a shop that knew what they were doing.

 

I almost bought them from ebay for $10.00 less, now I'm glad that I didn't as I heard it's much harder to get manufacturers to honor the warranty on things bought on ebay.

 

I have been running the H4s for over a year now (13 months) and H3s for about 11 months. No problems.

 

I had my extremewhites for 6 months...then both the low beams crapped out. I sent em back for warrantee and they did honor it. I think the reason for the short life is that I was starting my car w/ them turned on. IE...don't start the car w/ the lights turned on. Later guys.
