This was in Reynolds, Georgia.
6th row from the bottom...Is that Shadow? I saw one one run and never saw the car again.
There were at least 2 other Max's there (both white) and one had a CustomMaxima sticker on it
Anybody from here?

I thought so, didnt run the best so I didnt post his time. I am just assuming he didnt use the bottle on the run I saw.
Any other Maxima owners want to confess they were there? One of the two white Max's I saw had a Speedsouth windshield banner I think. And another had some Konig Monsoons.

Unless he re-connected his bottle, he's been off the bottle the last couple of times I've seen him. He is S/C'd though.

That doesnt make any sense to have a NOS sticker on the side and not actually have it. Unless he has a SAS bazooka woofer in there, which would be really ghey.
That might not have been him, b/c this guy ran way too slow for a S/C car.

Yeah, those times are terrible for a SC Max but you have to remember his car is a show car and nothing's been properly tuned and neither of us have ever driven the quarter mile. The car has 4 amps in the trunk so it weighs 3450 w/ driver. Throw in 60lb a piece wheels and the car has a very large mass that the supercharger has to deal w/.
The car was stumbling all the way home after the track apparently b/c Jeff messed up putting back the original spark plugs and we had 5 Denso iridiums and 1 bosch +4 still in there. It also hasn't been running as rich even w/ the 8:1 disc so we think the fuel filter may be clogged at 85,000 miles. His car also leaks boost at idle from the blowoff valve since its tuned for sound and not performance.
As for the NOS sticker, it's customary to place a decal on a sponsor that was nice enough to give Jeff a free nitrous kit. Its in the trunk but we haven't hooked it back up to the supercharger intake pipe since he wants to go to a direct port and the fewer holes we have to patch the better.
The car probably would have run 14's on my last run if I hadn't messed it all up. It pulled a lot harder through 1st b/c I shifted manually but I forgot to shift, causing the car to bounce off the rev limiter. Then I thought I had to shift again and accidently popped the car into neutral around the 1000ft mark. The car rolled through at 15.6 at 84 which means it still had decent power but 2.47 60' times show the car's complete lack of traction. I'm also a little concerned about his aerodynamics since his car traps a little low for a car running 15.3 w/ such high 60' times meaning its running well in the midrange but slowing a lot up top.

I have NOS, what Jamie meant to say is that it's not connected until I get the car running right. Plus I'm swapping to direct port.
The bottle is in the trunk, the lines are there, I've just pulled the nozzle.
The NOS kit was free. They'd get kind of mad if I didn't put the sticker there don't you think?
And there are 2 12" Kappa Perfects in there running on a 1200 watt amp, definitely not a Bazooka tube.
It's my car. First time ever at the track. Car has been running like crap lately. Bad plugs, bad O2 sensor (I think), etc. I'm going back in a couple of weeks to see if things get better.
