I have a Weapon R Dragon intake, after 6k rpm it makes this really wierd noise, it sounds rattly but not like that of floating valves, maybe more raspy than anything. Anyone have this sound coming from their intake, or have any idea what it could be?

 

do you have the bracket holding the filter up? maybe its the filter rattling around

 

That would make sense but since in only does it after 6000RPM I have to knock that off the list of could be's. Unless the engine vibration at that RPM is enough to cause it, but it doesn't sound like 2 things hitting each other.
