S/C experts, difference between 4th/5th gen brackets?

First question, What's the main difference between the 4th gen and 5th gen S/C kit? 2nd, what's the difference between kit's for the early model 4th gen's and the later models? I'm mainly wondering if the S/C mounting bracket's are any different, and if they can be made to work on all models. Thanks in advance.

The brackets are the same.

Differences:
- location of the MAF sensor
- 4th gen MAF tube bolt pattern is rectangular (rather than square like 5th gen)
- intake piping
- charged piping

I'm 90% sure you can bolt up a 5th gen SC kit on a 4th gen with modifications tot where the MAF bolts up.

Forgot to mention... I'm talking about the V2 kits for both cars.

I'm not sure too many people have dealt with V2 kits on both gens.

I'm still thinking about trying to make a s/c bracket myself, which is why I was asking, since I think someone in the NW has a S/C they haven't installed yet, maybe they'll let me measure the bracket...

the bracket design is pretty straight forward, trace the shape, measure the thickness of the metal cut out with a micrometer, measure the cylinders that are welded on both sides and document their positions and u have urself a bracket... but u kinda hafta worry bout the oil feed, taht part is what i'm trippin' about, it's an irregular shape, but i guess you could modify the stock oil pump cover (or what ever that cover is called) just weld on a lil pipe on it.

That's exactly what I'm planning to do, use a micrometer to measure and document everything... However, I plan on making some design changes, and I'm looking into using another companies S/C, without an oil feed... Reverse engineer and make a better product...

The stock psi is only good for 9 or so, but you can get new pulleys from powerdyne as well, as well as new turbine blades...

the powerdyne SC has been reffered to as the gernade by alot of people.. they said if you run it past 9psi you best wear some protective gear cuz htey blow the other way. they're definatley cheaper, and quieter than vortech, but honestly i wouldn't use it. i was researching the powerdyne alot in the past. they actually use that blower in taiwan on the vq20de cefiro, the kit comes with an aftercooler and stuff and retails for 3000usd. i thot i would be able to make the kit even cheaper cuz the blower would be cheaper here because there woudln't be import tax, but after doing more research i found out that the powerdyne does not fit my needs. i recomend the paxton novi1000, ati procharger pr1sc, or vortech. having an oil feed also serves as a method of cooling the SC. i remember seeing a watercooled SC somewhere before too.
but as far as the ati goes, they used to have problems with their seals, but supposedely it was "fixed." i found the best resource for research are the domestic forums. they are real knowledgable when it comes to blowers. i didn't get into superchargers until i got the maxima, but prior to the max i worked with turbos on hondas.

Is the ATI oil fed? I haven't looked into them yet. My big concern is the size of the S/C, and the mounting points, since the biggest challenge is going to be mounting the S/C up to the engine with the pulleys aligned correctly....

the blower that i'm recomending from ati is not oil fed, however the oil is self contained. i believe it holds 6oz. of atf and has an aeration oil pump in there. max boost is 30psi as opposed to vortech's 20psi, max rpm is 62k rpm as opposed to vortechs 5Xk and it flows up to 1200cfm which is more than vortech too. but alot of ppl are saying that you should run an intercooler with that blower, then again they say that with almost every blower.
