I came to the conclusion today that I like how my max looks with out a spoiler. So I am looking for a trunk without a spoiler to trade for my oem spoiler equipped trunk. I would like to do the swap in person becuase I don't want to ship my trunk out The swap would take 15 minutes and I would do it(only 4 bolts).

The rules are your car has to be sterling mist, 2000-2003, the paint has to be in very good contition. I don't want a scratched up trunk.

In case anyone is wondering why I don't just take my soiler off it is because there are 9 wholes in the trunk when the wing is off

 

I love 5th gens that are lowered on 18's with bodykit, tint with no rear spoiler. Looks sharp. Good decesion!

yeah the 5th gen spoiler looks pretty gay. That's why GLE's look better than SE's. The spoiler makes the back look smaller or something...

 

I was told it looks naked without it.
I want to be naked if that's the case!

not relating to you directly, but if anyone is interested in my majestic blue trunk without a spoiler for a trunk with one, i'd be interested. i would even pay. (manuf. 3/02, paint is flawless, boston, ma).

I think Maxs dont look right without a spoiler, but that is just me! I have seen a bunch of GLE get a spoiler put on and it looks tight! But you paid for it, so make it how you want it!

 

I like the spoiler because I can tell where the back of my car is when backing up. My last car didn't have a spoiler and I was always afraid of backing into things because I couldn't see where the trunk/bumper ended.

I have a 2002 Sterling Mist Maxima trunk w/o spoiler considering to trade. It is in excellent condition, no scratches or anything. What is the condition of yours and were you looking for a swap?
