Removing Caliper Question

Im trying to take off my caliper so I can put on my new rotors. Im using the instructions from maximadriver.com and haynes manuel. How do you remove the ebrake line from the caliper. We found the line and the hook, but no matter how hard we pull we cant get the line off. Please put this in Idiot terms plz!

Look on the rear beam, there is a 10mm bolt and a braket holding the e-brake cable in place. Take that bolt out and the cable becomes free. You can then remove the rear calipers. I had the same problem when I did my brakes over. Not enough free play in the e-brake cable to remove the caliper.

yeah he right. if you remove the 10mm bolt you will get just enough slack to remove the ebrake line. Also make sure you remove the mechanical line clip that holds it to the caliper.
