Is there any way that i could get my 95 SE 5spd in the low 14's high 13's w/out forced induction....ALso what mods would decrease my times the most and help me the most. WHat mods are the best bang for the buck also...thanks for any help

I would say, first take the car to the track and see what she can run stock. Then, get an intake, it knocked .5 seconds off my best stock time, and then get a Y pipe, full cat back, underdrive pulley, upgrade the clutch (ACT) & do the flywheel. Then run again and you should be in the mid- 14s.
It would be very hard, near impossible to get into the 13s without boosting or getting some laughing gas.
