I am getting a Maxima next week or so.

First i would like to say hi and that i have only heard good things about this site. I want a maxima and i want 6-speed, but i need to learn to drive stick first... i know, i know....

I went to 3 dealerships and have some more to go. I'm goign to lease it over 3 years. So far the one dealer quoted me at $370/month. This is for 6-speed SE with Titanium package and Moonroof. Only option i wanted more was LSD, but wasn't included into equation. I dont want leather or navigation or heated seats, etc. Also, they were willing to take over the last 2 months of my current lease.

so the terms woudl be 36 months, 45k miles, $2k total down payment, $500 from Nissan. $370/month

Is this a good deal? Im trying to get them to $350 as that is my current lease payment.

I have about 4-5 more dealerships to call.

Please dont tell me that leasing is stupid, etc... i already know and its easier for me to lease.

Sounds good to me especially for a 3 year lease which the monthly payment is typically alot higher.

You can buy one for around the same monthly payment. Just get a stick rental car to learn on.
