Alrighty well on my first trip to the ole drag strip I think I did pretty good. Car- 1999 sel 5spd, 78k miles stillen intake
First Run
r/t=1.1 (oh woops, changing cd's)
60'= 2.357
1/8= 9.915
1/4= 15.329
mph= 90.00
Second and final run
r/t= 1.385 (no excuse other than my first time dragging)
60'= 2.290
1/8= 9.852
1/4= 15.264
MPH= 90.54
Overall I'm pretty dog gone pleased with these results given all I have is stillen intake. If I can keep some wheel spin down, I might be able to hit 14's

I wish they would put that on the time slips...would make it more accurate. But it was 95 degrees all day, I'd say it hit probably 83-85 when we were running at about 50% humidity. Thats at least what the weather channell said it was. Also this was at Commerce Ga. Front toyo fx4's were at about 24psi.
Yeah I was only hoping to get a 15.5...when I got that first timeslip I was so happy. It was pretty packed so I only did two runs.
I feel really srry for my friend in his 98 max. He has stillen intake, warpspeed y-pipe, apex-i, udp, short throw shifter. First two runs in that car was a 15.6...at like 87mph...I drove it the last time and got a 15.5...however something is wrong his car is just not pulling in second or third. He does have some heavy moda r'6 17" that we were running on but still I dont think that would make him run 15.5. Recently he installed a fuel pressure gauge and I'm wondering if somehow its holding back some pressure I only hit 42psi with it to the floor...is it supposed to be 45??

Yea, and I recommend NOT switching CDs when you're up on the line. What music do you need when you're running the strip??
If you're in any little doubt about your KS at the track, as long as it wasn't extremely hot I'd think you could disconnect it before you run.
Pretty good results it seems.
