First of all the fabric itself is not that much, and i would just have it done down the middle, like in 2-tone leather seats. And for those asking why, the same reason Mannie Fresh had a Corvette convertable with the Louie Verton top....it turns heads, looks nice, and noone else has it!!!!

Go to leatherseats.com, and you can get 2 tone leather, and emblems embroidered. Its actually a good price for all the seats, and you can get what ever colors you want.

What about Coach leather, that's what BMW uses, it should be easy to find.

if u can get the gucci fabric then it should not be that hard to find a tailor that specializes in leather to do that for you.. how about contacting gucci directly for some fabric.?? maybe they will give it to u discounted for advertising purposes of your car..

Any auto upholstery shop will be able to do the work, just look in your phone book. I'm sure there is someone in your area who can do it. It's no different than when they custom wrap seats, they just use big hides of leather. My friend had his seats done in two tone at another friend's auto upholsetery shop. They kept the sides of the seats and just sewed leather into the middle and headrests. It's going to be expensive though for the labor. Like $500-600 because of all the work they have to do. It took 2 guys 16 hours to do my friend's car, we did it the day before a huge show and it had to be done that day.

the word "rice" has taken on a whole new meaning after reading the 1st post...

How is this "rice". Just because somebody wants to do something different to his car besides clear bumper lens and 5 star rims then it is rice? I think Gucci fabric is hot. I saw it on a mercedes ML 430 in atlantic city hot import nights. To get authentic gucci fabric it is going to cost a pretty penny. Sorry I can't give you an exact quote with fabric and labor. If you do end up doing it post some pics up.

How on earth is this rice? So BMW and Lexus are rice for using Coach leather?

He's customizing his car the way he wants to do it. He has access to the material so it's not like he's just daydreaming. He asked how to do it, not "please post in here and call me a riceboy." I think it's pretty cool that he's trying something outrageous. This is one of the few original ideas I've seen posted up here in a long, long time.

Pardon me. But I don't think the Gucci should be described as "rice". How about "pasta"???

Some people in this thread need to pull the sticks out of their bums.

I personally think if you have the money to buy Gucci fabric and get it sewn into the seats, then you should be driving something a little bit better than the Maxima.

Best bet would be to look in the phone book and start calling auto-upholstery places to get quotes.

doesn't anyone read, he's not paying full price for the Gucci fabric, he's getting it from a tailor he knows. I think it would look tight, I got quoted $550 to install leather seats, so I don't think it would cost as much to sew in inserts. Just call a few places and ask.

Nismo2020- are your clear bumper lenses painted to match your body color? something looks a little different in your sig pic?
