Help! -- Frozen power windows and antenna !

i took my max out tonite and the windows and antenna are frozen. how do i de-ice them? and how do i prevent this from happening again ?

If you can park in a heated underground parking or something for like half a day at least that should thaw all that out. Another alternative... blowdryer in your garage...

How do you prevent it from happening again? Move to a warmer state
