According to Injen's site, they apply for certification on all products. If yours didn't come with the decal, CARB is still pending.

Mine didn't come with any decal. But I have the Stillen decal stuck on my engine bay... maybe if anything happens they might mistaken the Stillen carb excempt is for my Injen intake....just need to tape the Injen wording out.
