Call up your local Nissan dealer and ask them how much you'd have to pay to replace both hydraulic hood struts. $125 EACH. Pay $250 to hold up my hood, sounds like a deal to me... HA!! For that amount I can hook an electric motor and crank to open the hood automatically at the push of a button. sheesh

autozone has them for $25 each but are out of stock. go figure
