If not, whats the difference? Which is better, I was just comparing things on the southwest auto works site with the custom maxima site and the ones on southwest were about twice the price.

they're the same thing. strut tower brace is the proper term and strut bar is just another name for it. Different brands cost different amounts. They're all really the same thing. You just pay for more a brand name, say, Stillen.
