Do I have a problem with my ECU?

I went to pull my codes, the other day, and i noticed that the little screw thing wouldn't stop. I replaced the knock sensor about 2 weeks ago, i haven't noticed any difference, so would the ECU not stoping have something to do with it, and if so how can I reset the computer.

Thanks,
Mike

I'm sorry, I shouldn't have posted about street racing. I won't let it happen again.
