First time @ Toronto Motorsports Park (Cayuga)
First time @ Toronto Motorsports Park (Cayuga)
my 1/4 time @ cayuga
first run:
r/t 1.157
60' 2.529
330 6.951
1/8 10.557
mph 68.79
1000 13.643
1/4 16.281
mph 85.54
launched at 1.3k rpm, spun a little & got traction but forgot to floor it right after i got traction, i could have pulled a 2.4 I guess. i manually did 1-2 shift & shifted @ 6600rpm. perfect. Then the 2-3 shift i bounced off the 6800 rev limiter
. Also I got two full size tires in my trunk, two lawn chair in the trunk, one plastic one very heavy metal, a 20 lb bag and a tripod. looking at + 100lb here. 240sxxx's friend with intake, geforce ecu and exhaust beat me with a 15.7 (he got slower RT but caught up at the end)
second run I WON THIS ONE!!!
r/t 1.129 (zzzz... ok, i didn't know what was happening since the car beisde me redlighted)
60' 2.650 (BT @ 2k rpm & floored it, lots of wheel spin & took off like a geo metro @ part thottle, it was getting so bad that i backed off for .1 sec then stepped on it again)
330 7.007
1/8 10.570
mph 69.33
1000 13.643
1/4 16.294
mph 85.07
vs a 19.634 SER-V hehe
I went 1- 0/d off this time, big mistake. I trapped higher in the 2nd run @ 1/8 (68.79 vs 69.33) probably because i wasn't pointing the steering wheel 100% straight last time (had some torque steer). but at the end i trapped lower ( 85.54 vs 85.07) because i didn't manual shift! if I did i could have got like 1 mph or more & maybe drop my time a little even with absoute crap 60' (remember i hit the rev limiter on first run but still trapped higher)!
my first launch was ok but i didn't push it too hard.
my second launch sucked, majesticbluento behind me said i left two big patch of rubber in S shape there.
