Use a switch then. It's pretty easy to wire up.

They did you a favour by making you disconnect them! The fine should be at least a $1000 on the spot for those stupid *** lights.

I had my nozzles painted body-color with the touch-up paint from the dealer.

It's not just Honduhs. I've seen them from a Toyota 4-Runner to first gen Altima.

I'm pretty open to peoples different tastes in mods, but I still have no clue why these are such a hit.

What's next? LEDs on the antenna to match the light up valve stem caps? BTW, I've seen the light up valve stem caps, WTF!?!?!?

And I would turn them on in foggy/rainy weather or as "bait".

Mine were functional and were used as turn signals.

As much as I agree they're ricey, I kinda like em

That's exactly it. I like them, to be honest, but took the blue off and put purple on. I like them because they speak to the ricers - as in "Come race me!" NOthing like baiting a clueless clown. They are also good to have on other cars, as it's like a beacon in the night when you're cruising, looking for a little action.

Blue nozzles are rice 2 years ago, rice now, and will still be rice in another 2 years. Why not develop blue led keyholes to match? That'll complete the total rice package.

I'm still waiting for the glow-in-the-dark pinstriping and decals to show up, THEN the "total rice package" will be complete.

i hate when people put

aftermarket parts on there car that are illegal and wonder why they get tickets! when you buy you aftermarket parts, read the box and it says on most of them "for off-road use only' those nozzle lights are strictly for show use only!! so follow the law and use them for show or when you are not acutally driving!

had to vent i hate hearing people complain when they get tickets for not reading the package their parts come in!

Hopefully you decide to leave those lights disconnected...or better yet, replace them with the original ones!
But glad you got that resolved w/minimal hassle.
