New Racing Rims.. help me choose
http://www.5zigenusa.com/Pages/5zigen_w/5zigenfn01.html
The 5Zigen FN01Rs are pretty light weight. (and cheaper than the alternatives)
the other choices are
OZ Superleggera or TE37s.

listen to that man
Cheap and weigh as much and in some cases less than those probably 2-3 times more expensive wheels..
don't really see a point in buying Volks just so you can use them for the track..
Racings rims can be ugly or a cheaper brand.. nothing wrong with that.. if their only application is race use ofcourse..
Save the $ for something else

if he's only using them for racing, then....
Racing Hart CP8-Rs custom drilled to our bolt-pattern ( right now they're only sold in 4x100
). Fairly cheap, DAMN light (12lbs. for 17"), good quality and look good too. Shouldn't cost too much to redrill, espeically since you shouldn't have to fill the factory holes.

IMO- the FN01Rs look very similar to the Gram Lights, I like them.
If they're priced lower than the GL, maybe it's worth a shot.
I would recommend the TE37s...
Just because I don't know what the brake clearance is on the other wheels.
The SSR Competitions that Supermachoman mentioned might work with the Brembos, too.
We know you're going to be using these wheels on the track, but will you use them much on the street? If they're track only, just get get the 5Zigen in a 16-inch so you'll have a good sized footprint while keeping the weight down. Who cares how they look, when you'll just be driving on the track?
Don't forget about the factory steelies too. I'll give you a good deal on mine.

So just like some others said, who cares about looks for racing wheels.
