Spots on side of Max, Should waxing help?

Hey everyone. I have these spots on the one side of the whole car of my max. My car is black. I have no idea what they are, they look like rain spots. But I scrub on them with a rag and water (the Absorber) and they just wont come out. It wasnt like that when I got the car, I have a feeling its from tire shine. Should Waxing the car get this out? I havent waxed my max scince I got it.

Any input would be nice! Thanx

i dont' think waxing will get it out...waxing may protect it from happening in the future tho
you may want to look into a clay bar from mothers or something, i heard good things about it...

ahhh, The clay bar, I remember having to rub that on my brothers girls car because she had some diffrnet type of spots. It took them right out though, but her spots were actually touchable. Mine arent, it just looks like some leperd skin type of thng, Black car with blacker Spots lol. and the portion where the spots are feels dull to. But The clay bar just might work. thanx man

Your spots sound like Acid Rain. You need to lightly compound your paint to get them out.

1) Compound

2) Polish

3) Wax

That should produce good results.

rain doesn't ruin the windows like paint.
if you want the water to just slide off...get rain-x or something similar...

i would go with what njmaxseltd said. but i would try wax first and rub it real good. wax gets out 90% of stains for me that washing can not. if not try a rubbing compound..that's what he's talking about. get something that you don't need a buffer for, but that you can just do by hand.
Oh yeah, you should always wax your car. it's cheaper then paying to have rust removed and a new paint job. it looks better to.
