actually they sell these gay things on e bay for 15 bucks for 240s, unfortunatley people pay that much when you can just get a timing gun and advance it throu the distributor. I do beleive the ECU adjusts accordint to intake air temp, so you are correct, and you maximas have direct idnition correct? so itd be a lil harder than rotating a distributor

We have no distributors so we have buy by hardware to help manipulate the ECU.

Better yet, why don't you put a couple of those in series and replace your 02-sensors? Just the front two.
